Onboarding Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote from Spain, with listed locations in Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Marbella, Tarragona, and Valencia. The role supports global teams and allows working from abroad within Europe for up to 12 weeks per year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding for a portfolio of new customers and guide software implementation from start to finish.
• Structure high-quality onboarding experiences so customers achieve value from the product quickly.
• Host one-to-one consulting sessions and provide tailored software advice.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure goals are achieved on time.
• Identify priority issues, coordinate follow-up, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing client communication, including experience in a call center, hospitality, or events environment.
• Native-level Spanish and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with autonomy, ownership, and responsibility.
• Fast-learning, tech-savvy approach and ability to think creatively.
