Associate Director/Director, Global Strategy Lead (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $193,629–$254,137 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise strategic planning and Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement a standardized framework for managing transformation initiatives and aligning them with business priorities.
• Own the portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, including prioritization, resource alignment, and execution discipline.
• Translate commercial strategy into roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
• Build executive dashboards and lead portfolio reviews covering progress, risks, outcomes, and reprioritization.
• Coach cross-functional leaders and project teams while driving change management, organizational redesign, and sustainable process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is essential.
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operational excellence roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Daily Management; experience with the Danaher Business System or a similar performance system is strongly preferred.
