General Manager (Drug Asset Lead)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in office in the New York City or Boston metro areas; applicants in the Research Triangle, NC, and San Francisco Bay Area may also be considered. Applicants must reside in these locations or be willing to relocate.

Total compensation: $311,000–$388,500 per year, plus equity, comprehensive benefits, and perks.

What you will do

• Translate the investment thesis into an asset strategy, objectives, and measurable key results.
• Own asset P&L, budgets, ROI, execution speed, and value-inflection outcomes.
• Lead full-time and contract contributors while forecasting and coordinating functional, technical, and service resources.
• Partner with Tech, Clinical Development, CMC, Regulatory, Data Science, and other subject-matter leads.
• Establish team rituals, prioritization processes, governance tools, roadmaps, registers, and dashboards.
• Manage milestones, risks, tradeoffs, team efficiency, asset value, and strategic updates to leadership.

• Ability to operate as a generalist across disciplines and work effectively with functional experts.
• Ability to influence subject-matter experts and functional leaders without direct reporting authority.
