Director, Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Base salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year, plus a target annual bonus and meaningful equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered commercial engine that enables pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns faster and currently works with more than 50 pharma brands.

What you will do

• Advise the executive team on prioritization, sequencing, and critical company decisions.
• Lead high-stakes strategic initiatives, including financial reporting vendor management and process automation.
• Build analytical frameworks, conduct market and competitive research, and provide decision support for product expansion, partnerships, and financial modeling.
• Build revenue operations infrastructure, sales and pipeline models, pricing and packaging strategy, and account expansion plans.
• Design scalable engagement-team workflows, SLAs, quality controls, and delivery processes for growing client volume.
• Directly manage the Strategy and Operations team and various G&A functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a comparable high-performance environment.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or tech-enabled services.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical frameworks, and produce concise, insight-rich recommendations.
• Exceptional project management, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and independent execution skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% for customer, partner, or conference engagements.
