Senior Analytics & Insights Manager

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead advanced analytics, business intelligence, reporting automation, and data modeling initiatives.
• Partner with clients to define spend management priorities, analytical solutions, and performance measures.
• Analyze purchasing, utilization, contract, supplier, and operational data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, forecasting models, utilization analyses, dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Prepare and validate data from multiple sources while improving data quality, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and business leaders, manage analytical deliverables, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business, clinical, operational, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel.

• Relevant degree.
• Experience with spend management, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or purchasing analytics.
• Experience with Python, R, healthcare data, contract utilization, or supplier performance.
• Experience developing automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
