What you will do

• Collaborate with advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement projects for healthcare clients.
• Analyze and interpret data to form hypotheses and evaluate potential solutions.

• Participate in client interviews and document detailed business requirements.
• Support the implementation of recommended changes and maintain billable utilization targets.
• Engage in practice development activities and learn internal technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to travel 81-100% domestically.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically.
• Proficiency in operating computer programs and software.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to meet strict deadlines.
