What you will do

• Support system-wide healthcare strategic planning, including service line growth, ambulatory network, facility, and enterprise system strategy.
• Lead analyses and project workstreams covering growth priorities, market positioning, access strategy, and capital planning.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analyses, and demand evaluations to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Develop market share summaries, market scans, service line growth assessments, and market intelligence deliverables.
• Present findings to client leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to mentoring and best-practice development.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare strategic planning initiatives, such as service line strategy, ambulatory network planning, facility planning, or enterprise system strategy.
• Ability to translate data and market intelligence into strategic insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong analytical, database, spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience developing client-facing presentations and facilitating strategic discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Broad knowledge of hirify.global/Sg2 products, tools, and methodologies.
• Healthcare experience.
