Operations & Integrations Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide insights for operational improvements and strategic decisions.
• Develop KPI reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations for leadership.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
• Use Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools to organize data and develop recommendations.
• Manage assigned projects, documentation, deliverables, and metric tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a related analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau, including report and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and produce actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, or Clinical.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
