Technical Business Analyst (AMS) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ensure stable, reliable, and efficient operation of CLM, CRM, and integrated third-party applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and complex technical issues.
• Design, develop, test, and implement code fixes for application defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent resolutions and continuous application improvements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Service Managers, Product teams, and Project Delivery teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Support client workshops, requirements analysis, functional validation, integration testing, UAT, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Software Developer, or similar professional in banking or financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RDBMS, Oracle SQL queries, Oracle PL/SQL, and Java.
• Experience in software design, development, testing, troubleshooting, version control, and CI/CD concepts.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Application support, incident management, or service operations experience.
• Knowledge of CLM, AML, KYC, onboarding, and related third-party solutions.
• Cloud and containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
