Market Research Strategy Intern (Fintech)

Location: Singapore office; in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive market research to identify business opportunities and customer trends in Singapore.
• Research brokerage activities, customer dynamics, and regulatory landscapes to support regional strategic decisions.
• Use public filings, industry reports, and market intelligence to create actionable market opportunity recaps.
• Support regional leadership with strategic research and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and regional stakeholders to align findings with business goals and local compliance standards.
• Synthesize complex market data into executive-ready summaries and presentations covering customer segments and product-market fit.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking Bachelor's or equivalent program, with expected graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Prior college-level consulting, strategy project, or other analytical experience.
• Ability to independently own projects, work with ambiguous information, and develop clear strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to regional executive leadership.
• Strong interest in financial services, brokerage platforms, and the APAC fintech landscape.
• Coursework or prior exposure to market research, business strategy, finance, or a related field.
