Business Application Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the SaaS and business application portfolio, including system health, configurations, integrations, APIs, synchronization, availability, and vendor escalation.
• Optimize existing platforms by activating unused features, automating manual processes, and building self-service request and approval workflows.
• Design and manage role-based access, joiner-mover-leaver processes, SSO, SCIM, directory provisioning, and access reviews.
• Evaluate, approve, consolidate, and decommission business tools while managing vendors, renewals, licenses, security, compliance, and commercial value.
• Translate department needs into system configurations, automations, and integrations, and lead AI and agentic AI implementation and governance.
• Run multi-stakeholder implementations and migrations from scoping through rollout and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business applications or SaaS operations, with end-to-end ownership of at least three business platforms.
• Hands-on administration of Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or a similar work management platform, including boards, automations, integrations, and permissions.
• Deep Microsoft 365 administration experience, particularly SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, document management, and lifecycle.
• Experience designing and enforcing access and permission models with SSO and SCIM or directory-based provisioning.
• Practical experience implementing AI tools and AI-driven business automation with measurable time or quality improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Torii or Zluri.
• Experience with enterprise LLM platforms and agentic AI, including Claude Enterprise, MCPs, connectors, or agent frameworks.
• Experience leading system consolidation or migration projects.
