What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between sales representatives and pre-sales customers.
• Guide customers and prospects through the selection, architecture, deployment, onboarding, and product experience of cloud and next-generation security solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, workshops, webinars, and customer and partner training.
• Support sales teams and channel partners through product updates, enablement, positioning, and customer engagement.
• Build trusted customer relationships, understand security risks and technology gaps, and influence technical strategy.
• Work with product, marketing, and technical support teams to maintain product knowledge, customer health, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering high-quality pre-sales support and customer-focused solutions.
• Understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and zero-trust models.
• Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS, and security solutions such as firewalls, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data loss protection, and security monitoring.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills and an interest in cybersecurity.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and deliver engaging presentations; public speaking experience is valuable.
