Security Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design cybersecurity and fraud prevention controls for hybrid private and public cloud environments.
• Develop high-level and low-level security designs for platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
• Address network, data, cloud, and application security requirements across enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with business units, engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate security into architecture planning.
• Lead technical solutioning, vendor assessments, collaborative research, and technology stack evaluations.
• Provide guidance on security controls, countermeasures, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and design or fraud management architecture and design within cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba and their threat models.
• Strong understanding of network, infrastructure, data, and application security, along with secure coding and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies, security governance frameworks, vendor technologies, and security or fraud prevention partnerships.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, independent decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSA, CCSE, cloud security, or relevant vendor certifications.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
