Lead Subject Matter Expert (Cloud, Container & AI Security): Shaping customer adoption and product direction for cloud-native, container, and AI security solutions with an accent on Kubernetes, DevSecOps, AI/LLM security, and modern application architectures. Focus on delivering technical enablement, solving complex deployment and integration challenges, supporting proof-of-concepts and sales engagements, and influencing security product roadmaps.

What you will do
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for cloud, container, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, application, and AI/LLM security.
- Enable customers through technical demonstrations, architectural guidance, deployment best practices, and security recommendations.
- Advise customers and internal teams on securing AI applications, LLM deployments, MCP services, agentic workflows, AI supply chains, and AI infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering, product, support, operations, marketing, and sales teams to resolve complex deployment, integration, and design challenges.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops, beta programs, proof-of-concepts, technical training, webinars, and partner enablement.
- Create technical content and competitive intelligence while influencing product roadmap and customer adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical product evangelism, security architecture, or related customer-facing security roles.
- Strong background in cloud security, container security, DevSecOps, or application security platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containers, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of vulnerability management, compliance, runtime protection, threat detection, and software composition analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with AI/LLM technologies, AI security, AI model deployments, agentic frameworks, MCP services, or AI governance and security concepts.
