Security Solutions Architect, SMB/SME (Cybersecurity)

Location: Pune, India. Willingness to work UK shifts is required.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on vulnerability management, threat detection and response, compliance, cloud security, and application security.
• Partner with Sales, TAMs, and customer stakeholders to drive technical wins and expansion opportunities.
• Design end-to-end security solutions and translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and deployment strategies.
• Lead Proof of Value engagements, executive workshops, architecture sessions, and technical briefings.
• Create reference architectures, onboarding playbooks, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and provide customer feedback to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong experience in customer-facing pre-sales, post-sales, or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to design and articulate complex security architectures and handle high-stakes customer scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both engineers and executives.
• Experience in vulnerability management, patching, asset discovery, policy compliance, configuration management, or endpoint detection and response.
• Experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including posture management, identity, workloads, or container security.
• Knowledge of application security, SAST, DAST, API security, DevSecOps, OWASP, MITRE, ISO, NIST, or CIS frameworks.
