What you will do

• Ensure new processes and equipment comply with local, global, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with local and global project teams and equipment vendors to define interfaces and align requirements.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and improve process control system reliability.
• Develop automation standards, specifications, maintenance plans, SOPs, and best practices.
• Support audits and inspections as a process control systems subject-matter expert.
• Coach stakeholders, manage change, support improvement initiatives, and coordinate work with manufacturing schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent engineering experience.
• At least five years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, or packaging systems.
• Knowledge of SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL databases, and historian systems.
• Proven expertise in planning, organization, project execution, follow-up, and completion.
• Ability to work in an open office environment and travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience with cLEAN or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
