Salary: $69,000–$93,000 annual base pay, with potential annual bonus and incentives.

What you will do

  • Generate and automate KPI reporting while maintaining data integrity and usability.
  • Analyze operational data and process variation to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control and Quality Control methods to improve process stability.
  • Execute Lean initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Software, and Product teams to pilot, measure, and scale process improvements.
  • Document operational issues, risks, and opportunities and support improvement prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, operations, or continuous improvement, preferably in biotech, diagnostics, or manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SPC, QC tools, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
