Location: Field-based in the Southwest U.S. territory covering Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and New Mexico; must live within the territory or in a bordering state near a major airport. Requires 50–75% overnight travel and a valid driver's license.
Salary: $170,000–$215,000 base annually for Medical Liaison; $198,000–$245,000 for Senior Medical Liaison, plus potential bonus and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Build scientific relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, organized providers, and managed care organizations.
- Provide medical information, clinical education, product updates, formulary presentations, workshops, round tables, and medical forums.
- Develop territory and account medical plans with the Field Director and adjust priorities based on customer needs and analytics.
- Coordinate clinical trial and study sites, supporting study initiation, investigator education, patient recruitment, retention, and publication activities.
- Collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Government, and regional Field Medical Affairs stakeholders.
- Maintain activity records, budgets, reports, SOP compliance, and customer response management data.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree.
- At least two years of experience in a health-related system, pharmaceutical company, or managed care environment.
- Business acumen, including experience participating in formulary process decisions.
- Strong communication skills and scientific expertise.
- Must be located within the assigned Southwest territory or a bordering state near a major airport.
- Must be able to travel overnight 50–75% of the time and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.
