Location: Field-based Ohio Valley territory covering Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia; must live within the territory or in a bordering state near a major airport. Requires 50–75% overnight travel.
Salary: $170,000–$215,000 base annually for Medical Liaison; $198,000–$245,000 for Senior Medical Liaison. Additional bonus and potential long-term incentives or company vehicle may apply.

What you will do
- Build scientific relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, organized providers, and managed care organizations.
- Educate healthcare professionals and formulary stakeholders on approved products, devices, clinical evidence, and medical updates.
- Coordinate clinical trial and study-site activities, including initiation, investigator education, patient recruitment support, retention, and publication follow-up.
- Collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Government, and Field Medical Affairs teams on scientific strategies and customer support.
- Develop territory and account medical plans, identify strategic relationships, and adjust territory priorities based on customer needs and analytics.
- Maintain activity and expense records, prepare monthly reports, and comply with medical, regulatory, legal, and SOP requirements.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree required.
- At least two years of experience in a health-related system, pharmaceutical company, or managed care environment.
- Business acumen and knowledge of formulary process decisions.
- Strong communication skills and scientific and clinical expertise.
- Must live in the assigned territory or a bordering state near a major airport.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
