Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

  • Participate in a two-year rotational Physician Development Program across clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and early- and late-stage clinical development.
  • Help design and implement study protocols supporting product development plans and coordinate education for investigators, study personnel, and internal teams.
  • Support clinical study oversight, including study integrity, enrollment, timelines, and interpretation of accumulating safety and efficacy data.
  • Contribute to clinical trial safety, product safety, and risk management plans, including adverse event and serious adverse event assessment when assigned.
  • Prepare and review scientific content for protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and related program documents.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, statistics, regulatory, discovery, commercial, and other stakeholders while representing the medical function at internal and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required; international medical degrees meeting U.S. certification standards may be considered.
  • Completion of U.S. residency training by Spring 2026 and U.S. board eligibility or certification with state or Commonwealth licensure required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with supervision and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • The program and all rotations are based at the North Chicago headquarters.

Nice to have

  • Medical specialty training in oncology or hematology.
  • Fellowship training associated with clinical research.
  • PhD, MPH, or another healthcare or research degree.
  • Research publication experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Commitment to a career in clinical research.
