What you will do

• Promote, develop, and expand hirify.global’s research consulting business in Japan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, retailers, and service providers.
• Build and manage complex client relationships while increasing market penetration.
• Deliver 360-degree consumer insights using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Use analytics solutions and data assets across FMCG and non-FMCG sectors to identify growth opportunities and future market directions.
• Own annual revenue targets and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in analytics, consulting, or market research.
• Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Experience driving business growth, managing complex client relationships, and achieving revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Innovative and adaptive approach to using data and technology to solve business challenges.
• Experience improving client and team engagement.
