Sales Associate Manager (Retail Clients)

What you will do

• Support account planning and maintain prompt communication with retailer clients and internal delivery, product, and functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and keep accurate, up-to-date client business profiles.
• Provide analysis, insights, actionable recommendations, and responses to special client requests.
• Prepare sales proposals and credentials, manage project processes, and ensure qualified delivery.
• Manage client pipelines, revenue conversion, data flow, contract costing, and business targets.
• Plan and execute retailer recruitment strategies and timelines, resolving issues throughout recruitment stages.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in research, sales, or marketing within market research, consulting, retail, FMCG, or retailer ecosystem companies.
• Expert knowledge of statistics, multivariate analysis, research techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Effective writing and presentation skills.
• Project management experience and willingness to travel.
