What you will do

• Promote, develop, and expand the research consulting business in the Japanese market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, retailers, and service providers.
• Drive sales, market penetration, and sustainable revenue growth within the assigned area.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive consumer and shopper insights.
• Use quantitative and qualitative research methods and data assets across FMCG and non-FMCG sectors.
• Own annual revenue targets and support long-term profitable growth.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in analytics, consulting, or market research.
• Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business, manage complex client relationships, and achieve revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
