Salesforce Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale CRM and Salesforce programs, including global implementations, legacy migrations, and platform consolidations.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans across the Salesforce portfolio.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve inter-project dependencies, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales, Service, and Marketing stakeholders and coordinate with architects, engineers, developers, and business process owners.
• Drive change management and user adoption while maintaining scalability, platform best practices, quality, and data integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources across multiple project teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with large-scale strategic business technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and the broader Salesforce product landscape.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, SmartSheet, or PPM software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Program or project management certification such as PgMP or PMP.
• Salesforce certification such as Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
