Technical Project Manager (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; must reside and work in the U.S. Availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET is required. The role includes a 24×7 on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support for P1/P2 incidents and scheduled deployments.

Salary: $144,381–$245,448 annually

What you will do

• Manage Salesforce Digital Transformation Center operations, service delivery, and daily O&M support.
• Lead Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists while managing client relationships and operational meetings.
• Oversee customer onboarding, presales solution consultation, requirements discovery, high-level recommendations, and ROM estimates.
• Coordinate release calendars, customer deployments, CI/CD activities, technical design reviews, and platform services.
• Manage Salesforce licenses, allocations, renewals, ATO assessments, cost allocations, chargebacks, and operational reporting.
• Create governance, policy, procedure, security, and technology documentation and lead improvements to DTC tools and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading large, complex IT projects and managing technical staff with direct contract delivery responsibility.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce projects or Centers of Excellence in client-facing roles.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using declarative configuration and programmatic development with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• 3+ years performing Salesforce deployments and working with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub as source control.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, reside in the United States, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain a federal government public trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Active Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Architect certifications.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud data warehousing, Salesforce Data 360, MuleSoft, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce CRM licenses, AppExchange utilities, DocuSign, Own, MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption.
• Strong client relationship, critical thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and cost allocation or chargeback reporting skills.
