Salary: $75,440–$113,160 per year

What you will do

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel supporting complex electronic security systems.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, sustainment, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and allocate personnel and technical resources.
• Ensure compliance with Government policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership to maintain system reliability and mission readiness.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience managing and sustaining complex electronic security systems.
• At least five years of experience supervising technical security personnel.
• Project or Program Management certification.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal Government and Department of Defense maintenance operations.
