What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy backend software using Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
- Develop cloud-native, greenfield solutions on AWS for an auto-finance platform rolled out across Europe.
- Deploy and operate production software using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain automated build, test, and CI/CD systems with Docker, Jenkins, and related tools.
- Work with product managers, technical program managers, and software leadership to solve user, business, and technical challenges.
- Own software delivery and contribute to scalable backend engineering practices with a DevOps mindset.
Requirements
- Professional backend development experience with Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with Spring Boot and production deployments on AWS.
- Experience with Kubernetes and automated CI/CD systems using Docker and Jenkins.
- Experience working in Agile software engineering environments with a DevOps mindset.
- Fluent English required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
