Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations - ITAD (1st Shift)

Location: Plainfield, Indiana, United States; Monday–Friday, first shift; travel up to 25% for training and business meetings

Salary: USD $105,500–$179,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead receiving, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and facility efficiency across warehouse operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, service levels, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Drive process optimization, capacity planning, space utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor managers, supervisors, and operational associates across multiple functions.
• Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to solve complex challenges and improve business results.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, and Inventory Control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading supervisors, managers, and large operational teams in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing complex warehouse operations and implementing operational strategies, process improvements, and performance management programs.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory control, labor planning, and distribution center best practices.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, change leadership, business, and executive communication skills.
