Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $125K – $142K yearly

What you will do

• Lead warehouse, production, inventory, and fulfillment operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Manage and coach 15+ direct reports, developing operational strategies and monitoring performance KPIs.
• Oversee manufacturing and assembly operations, including production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Direct receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities using ERP/WMS.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA requirements, company policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing production or multi-functional operations teams.
• Experience working in scaling operations environments (high growth or new product lines).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Escondido, CA.
• Proficiency with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
