Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist (Immunology)

Location: Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, United States. Travel within assigned regions and to the Home Office is required for up to 50–75% of the time.

What you will do

• Identify training needs with field teams and communicate them to the Home Office.
• Design, develop, and deliver disease-state, clinical, strategic, and selling-skills training curricula and materials.
• Facilitate live and virtual sessions, national and regional sales meeting workshops, and new-hire orientation.
• Coach Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists through field rides, feedback, assessments, and selling-skills development.
• Partner with Marketing, Field Sales Management, Sales Operations, Medical, and other cross-functional teams to support commercial strategy.
• Manage vendors, training projects, review processes, regional trainer activities, and the New Hire Home Study program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn and explain complex medical and clinical topics in an accessible way.
• High-level selling skills and the ability to coach others on effective selling and execution.
• Leadership, self-motivation, flexibility, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within assigned regions and to the Home Office.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Regional Trainer, Home-Office Trainer, or in a preceptorship role.
• Relevant dermatology sales experience.
• Experience with small-molecule or biologic products.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Webex, Outlook, and learning management systems.
