Location: Remote, field-based; must live in the assigned Northeast territory. A home-based office is required, with approximately 50% domestic and international business travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
Annual base pay: $214,000–$235,000 for national markets or $223,000–$245,000 for premium markets, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary clinical and scientific resource for key opinion leaders and health care practitioners in the assigned geography.
- Exchange scientific and medical information on disease states, products, and the development pipeline.
- Build and maintain peer relationships with KOLs, HCPs, investigators, professional organizations, advocacy groups, and large medical practices.
- Develop and execute the medical territory plan and communicate clinical, scientific, and research insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support investigator-initiated trials, external collaborations, HCP-initiated projects, and corporate-sponsored clinical trials.
- Lead special projects including training materials, MSL training and mentoring, advisory board support, medical education, and scientific presentations.
Requirements
- Advanced medical, scientific, or clinical degree such as MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, or PA; a terminal doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant expertise in oncology, immunology, or a related therapeutic area, or at least 5 years of on-site clinical-trial management experience.
- Clinical-trial experience is required; experience in solid tumors is preferred, with GU and lung experience strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a clinical or medical science liaison, or in a related field-facing pharmaceutical or biotechnology role, is preferred.
- Strong scientific communication, presentation, networking, critical-thinking, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, required automobile insurance, and successful motor vehicle record checks are required.
