Salary: $160,500–$305,000 base pay annually

What you will do

  • Lead strategic partnerships across Oncology Early Development, including CROs, preferred site networks, and key vendors.
  • Develop and manage the preferred site-network strategy, stakeholder engagement, content, and delivery objectives.
  • Support pilot-to-scale activities and operationalize innovation with external partners.
  • Act as the primary contact and escalation point between vendors and Oncology Early Development, ensuring accountability, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish partnership governance, oversee vendor performance and KPIs, analyze issue trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, QA, CMC, Precision Medicine, and Therapeutic Area Medical Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or non-US equivalent in a relevant field such as business, economics, or health administration; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of clinical development or applicable experience, including at least 6 years working with global third-party vendors.
  • Experience leading a global team, with demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and people-management skills.
  • Expertise in clinical-trial and business procedures, vendor oversight, contracts, SOPs, ICH, global regulations, ethics, and compliance.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, strategic thinking, business analysis, and influence skills.
