Salary: $160,000–$185,000

What you will do
- Partner with the Director of Health Care Systems to build executive relationships and demonstrate customer value.
- Lead the creation of new clinical value materials to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop clinical strategic plans and analyze data trends to modify and execute growth strategies.
- Lead annual strategic corporate account clinical reviews, including SWOT analyses and 1-3 year business plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services to ensure organizational alignment.
- Innovate customer support models based on continuous internal and external feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 12+ years of clinical or healthcare industry experience.
- 6+ years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to present at an executive level, including publications or podium presentations.
- Willingness to travel frequently with a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Compliance with healthcare customer vaccination requirements (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza) for clinical site access.
