Focus on leading clinical guideline and pathway plans, shaping US brand access strategies, advancing RWE research, and translating scientific evidence for healthcare decision-makers.

Location: Hybrid model preferred in Lake County, Illinois or Florham Park, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $182,000–$346,000 USD base pay annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute oncology medical affairs access strategies across payers, distributors, IDNs, GPOs, clinical pathways, and guidelines.
  • Lead the Oncology Clinical Core Team in developing scientific plans for clinical guidelines and pathways.
  • Co-lead Access Brand Teams to shape US brand access strategies, evidence generation, and pull-through tactics.
  • Provide market access, scientific, health economic, and pharmacoeconomic expertise to Commercial, Market Access, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Develop medical pharmacoeconomic materials, education programs, advisory activities, field resources, and stakeholder training.
  • Partner with HEOR on real-world evidence research and develop collaborative research strategies with healthcare decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree such as PhD, PharmD, PA, or NP; residency or additional postdoctoral training is highly preferred.
  • Typically 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent.
  • Substantial understanding of managed care and knowledge of statistical methodology, regulatory requirements, and RWE protocol design.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives and projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to advance RWE studies or Medical Affairs-directed research independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
