What you will do
- Execute Oncology medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers within a designated territory.
- Educate national and regional payers and specialty pharmacy providers on the clinical and economic impact of Oncology medicines.
- Develop and implement real-world evidence-based outcomes tools (HOPEs) and educational programs to identify care gaps.
- Lead HIT (Health Information Technology) initiatives to analyze workflows and maximize quality and population health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR and Medical Affairs teams to align on customer data needs and medical content.
- Manage a high volume of field-based projects while facilitating collaborative research and site-initiated activities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in health science.
- 10+ years of experience with a bachelorβs, 8+ with a masterβs, or 7+ with a terminal degree.
- Significant experience interacting with payers and organized customers in Managed Care or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong methodological skills in study design, data analysis, and interpretation (HEOR).
- Valid US Driverβs License and ability to travel 40β50% of the time.
- Must have permanent work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Experience engaging with Quality Improvement Organizations and Advocacy Groups.
