What you will do

• Design and execute a master strategy to integrate diverse business areas into a centralised services operating model.
• Lead the operational transition of retail networks away from Woolworths Group FM.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the entire retail and hotel footprint.
• Manage contract financial performance, budgets, and KPI delivery of the Services Agreement.
• Foster positive working relationships with store teams, management, and service providers.
• Mentor and coach team members to maximise performance and professional development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong experience in management of large-scale maintenance activities.
• Deep knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements applying to maintenance activities.
• Strong business acumen with high-level financial knowledge and planning skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Integrated Asset Management Systems (IAMS).
• Ability to drive change in a transformative environment and manage vendor relationships.
