Facilities Manager - VIC/TAS

What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational facilities management program across the retail and hotel network.
• Design and execute a centralised facilities services operating model for multiple business areas.
• Oversee the transition of retail network facilities management services and maintain day-to-day operational continuity.
• Manage service contracts, financial performance, invoicing, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with store teams, operational leaders, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Promote team performance through coaching, mentoring, development, communication, and risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale maintenance activities and knowledge of applicable legislative and statutory requirements.
• Experience with estimating, whole-of-life cost optimisation, business planning, and financial management.
• Knowledge of Integrated Asset Management Systems (IAMS).
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced and insourced services models.
• Strong change management, influencing, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving skills.
