What you will do
- Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for designated business units and advise leaders on hiring strategy.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions.
- Develop global sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide talent market intelligence on availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and market movements.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Drive hiring outcomes, candidate quality, process improvement, and candidate experience across multiple searches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition team or reputable recruitment/search firm.
- Experience hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining high candidate quality and hiring standards.
- Fluent Mandarin and English with strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.
