What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across assigned software engineering roles from intake to close
  • Build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Drive hiring decisions with clear signals beyond interview feedback
  • Remove delays and keep recruitment processes moving efficiently
  • Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise hiring standards
  • Improve speed, quality, and consistency of recruitment processes
  • Build employer presence through content, messaging, and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Location: Remote role based in China (Beijing)
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in-house or agency
  • Strong sourcing ability and track record of closing roles in fast-paced environments
  • Good judgment to identify strong candidates beyond resumes
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
  • Clear and direct communication skills
