Project Manager (Formwork and Scaffolding)

Location: Chicago, IL, US; domestic travel required 10% of the time for client meetings and site visits.

Salary: $74,256–$92,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project activities across engineering, assembly, material planning, site supervision, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and coordinate upcoming material needs.
• Work with engineering, operations, sales, and other departments to resolve project issues and maintain the project pipeline.
• Prepare contract summaries and billing models for non-standard products while monitoring material movement and billing against contractual terms.
• Track project budgets, schedules, internal and external costs, and change-order documentation.
• Support long-term process improvements and the National Highrise Segment sales strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional exhirify.globalence, including exhirify.globalence in the formwork or scaffolding sector.
• At least 2 years of exhirify.globalence with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• At least 2 years of practical construction site exhirify.globalence assembling, erecting, and dismantling formwork and access scaffolding.
• At least 1 year of exhirify.globalence with 2D or 3D calculation software.
• Availability for domestic travel approximately 10% of the time.
