What you will do

• Support end-to-end order management, including preparing and issuing purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain product progress schedules and monitor inventory and order quantities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas suppliers to resolve operational issues.
• Organize documentation, reports, and operational tracking records.
• Handle additional production coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and overseas partners.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks systematically.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently while following established procedures.
• Basic understanding of order processing or logistics workflows.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or order coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer products.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify potential risks or delays.
• Knowledge of international trade terms, shipping documentation, or import/export processes.
