Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Manage projects commercially from the initial order through final delivery.
• Support procurement of components and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely component availability.
• Handle preparatory accounting, master data management, and general administration.
• Build structured commercial workflows that support robotics operations.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support a broad range of operational tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
• Business-level fluency in German and English is required.
