What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams while leading cross-functional communication.
• Gather, document, and refine functional business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and process improvement opportunities.
• Use AI tools to support requirements gathering, documentation, workflow analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Analyze issues, develop test plans, create or automate test cases, and validate system fixes through regression and scenario-based testing.
• Promote data standards, Agile progress, and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience using AI tools for business process automation, requirements documentation, workflow improvement, test planning, test case automation, data analysis, or reporting.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements with project stakeholders.
• Experience developing test plans, creating and executing QA or automated test scripts, and validating system functionality.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability, deadline management, and responsiveness to customer requests.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, perform under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Insurance industry experience and knowledge of insurance products.
• Agile or SAFe certification and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, data modeling, data architecture, and data governance.
• Working knowledge of SQL and coding experience involving AI-assisted code generation for user interfaces and business support logic.
