Data Analytics Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement analytics-ready data models with Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Python.
• Transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for business decision-making.
• Develop semantic layers and metric definitions for consistent reporting across BI and analytics tools.
• Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, and performance across analytics workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data modelling, analytics engineering, or BI development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt, Airflow, and modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni, including scalable dashboard design.
• Understanding of the data lifecycle and analytics workflows from ingestion to insight.
• Experience collaborating with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Basic experience using AI tools to optimise day-to-day work and improve processes.
