What you will do

• Audit and rationalize the legacy Salesforce reporting estate, retiring duplicates and documenting a trusted core set of reports.
• Establish data governance, access controls, KPI definitions, change-request workflows, and automated data-quality monitoring.
• Co-own the analytics design for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and define target-state data structures.
• Architect a modern data layer connecting Dynamics 365, operational pipelines, and hardware telemetry using technologies such as Snowflake and dbt.
• Build automated executive dashboards and quarterly Board reporting packs, while supporting Finance and Supply Chain analysis of COGS, inventory, and manufacturing cycles.
• Promote data literacy and transition teams from siloed custom reports to trusted self-service dashboards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, with ownership of a reporting ecosystem.
• Expert SQL skills across cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery, plus hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent transformation tools.
• Strong data-modeling skills in Power BI and/or Tableau; familiarity with Dataverse and Azure Data Factory is advantageous.
• Deep practical knowledge of the Salesforce data model, formulas, and dashboard limitations.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, manufacturing cycles, and physical products.
• Experience supporting a major systems migration or ERP implementation, with strong communication, executive presence, diplomacy, and judgment.
