Manager, Technical Project/Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required for approximately 20% of the time. Relocation is not provided.

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Lead large complex projects and multiple medium-sized programs from planning through completion.
• Control product and process specifications, costs, resource utilization, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and communicate information across functional areas.
• Manage and develop subordinate staff, assign work, and lead teams through team leads.
• Drive research and development of new technologies, processes, designs, and methodologies for products and services.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Understanding of the semiconductor industry and how the function contributes to business objectives.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous team and adapting plans to operational challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance with standards covering business conduct, confidentiality, patents, ISO, safety, and engineering documentation.
