Enterprise Strategic Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage and oversee enterprise laboratory-wide service programs and CrossLab solutions at customer sites.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams and customers to design, price, implement, and sustain integrated support programs.
• Define program plans, budgets, structures, schedules, staffing requirements, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal, external, cross-functional, and multi-vendor project teams.
• Lead customer physical inventory and asset-tagging activities.
• Identify, onboard, contract, and manage third-party service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of laboratory instrumentation support and/or sales experience.
• Experience managing laboratory instrument service and maintenance processes and finances.
• Ability to develop customer contracts and Statements of Work for complex solutions.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, collaboration, team-building, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to industry-standard project management processes and practices.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• PMP certification.
