Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead complex multidisciplinary products across definition, development, proliferation, high-volume manufacturing, and sustaining phases.
• Drive programs according to Product Lifecycle processes, quality standards, organizational strategy, and product objectives.
• Develop and execute program plans within established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Corporate functions in a matrix organization.
• Drive field engagement and align business units and end customers to support product adoption.
• Establish infrastructure, tools, and procedures for product assembly, installation, and service delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or a scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of experience developing multidisciplinary systems integrating optics, electronics, algorithms, motion control, and software.
• Strong understanding of system engineering principles.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present to senior leadership.
