Operations Enablement Lead (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $130,000–$180,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $115,000–$165,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and business priorities.
• Define program roadmaps and execution plans for scalable, compliant servicing operations.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation through Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven process improvement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to create manuals, operational resources, and knowledge tools for human and AI agents.
• Own knowledge management and end-to-end training strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollouts.
• Measure workflow performance, knowledge adoption, training impact, and localization quality while advising executives and coordinating vendors.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project or program management, and change management.
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training using platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, LMS systems, or AI-enabled knowledge tools.
• Background in regulated industries, especially financial services, fintech, or consumer lending, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification.
• Experience supporting vendor or partner operations and distributed teams.
