Transformation Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of M&A integration, divestiture, and enterprise transformation programs across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal.
• Develop Day 1, 30/60/90, synergy capture, TSA transition, and TSA exit workplans with clear timelines and accountabilities.
• Establish governance routines, manage RAID logs and cross-functional dependencies, and facilitate timely decisions and change control.
• Monitor TSA service delivery against SLAs, coordinate billing and invoice support, and drive remediation, accruals, and true-ups.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness, Day 2 integration, cutovers, stabilization, and continuity of operations, customer experience, and compliance.
• Build executive reporting, KPI/OKR dashboards, synergy cases, variance analyses, and concise narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, PMO, M&A integration or divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Prior business partnership experience.
• Strong structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
