Transformation Lead (Fintech)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; hybrid. Candidates must be legally authorized to work full time for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution for M&A integration, divestiture, and enterprise transformation programs across technology, operations, finance, HR, risk, and legal.
• Develop and manage Day 1, 30/60/90-day, synergy capture, TSA transition, and TSA exit workplans.
• Establish governance routines, manage RAID logs and dependencies, and coordinate change control and cutovers.
• Monitor TSA service delivery, SLAs, billing, accruals, true-ups, and remediation activities.
• Track synergy cases, KPIs, OKRs, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ensure continuity of operations, customer experience, regulatory compliance, contractual compliance, and information security throughout transformation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, PMO, M&A integration or divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Prior business partnership experience.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of payments, fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
