Sr Director, Analytics

Estimated salary range: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead analytics strategy and execution across complex sourcing and category initiatives.
• Direct analyses of spend, utilization, supplier performance, market dynamics, pricing, and cost drivers to identify savings and improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, methodologies, and performance measures.
• Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into business cases and executive-level recommendations.
• Support RFI/RFP processes through baseline development, supplier proposal evaluation, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
• Lead analytics talent development, governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, decision support, financial analysis, supply chain analytics, or a related function.
• Experience translating large, complex datasets into strategic insights, financial opportunities, and executive recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies, data visualization, performance measurement, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders through data-driven decisions.
• Experience developing scalable frameworks, governance standards, dashboards, and performance measurement approaches.
• Willingness to travel; a relevant degree is preferred.
